For the real toughies. During the shortest day and the longest night of the year, while freezing cold, you can run 24 hrs. nonstop. The best will do more than 200 Kilometers. But 4 KM will do as well, every one will get a certificate.
Never stopp, otherwise you will stick to the ground.
Everyone can join the run, if just for 1 KM. We donate the total registration fees for a waterproject in Tanzania, where many people do not have access to clean drinking water.
The registration fee for 24-hrs runners is EUR 50.Other runners just pay EUR 1 per KM covered.
Included items:
Organisation of the 24-hrs run, marking of the route (approx. 4,5 KM per lap), overnight in a gymnasium(bring your own mat and sleeping bag), basic supply during the run, medical service.
